I'm Heather — flower farmer, floral designer, wife, mom of four, and someone who has always found joy in creating beauty from the garden.
My journey with flowers began by growing them on our family flower farm, where I learned to appreciate each bloom through every season. That experience continues to shape my work today, inspiring designs that feel natural, gathered, and full of life.
I believe flowers tell a story. My favorite part of this work is getting to know each couple, hearing their vision, and creating florals that feel personal and meaningful to them. I keep my calendar intentionally limited so I can give each wedding my full attention and thoughtfully design every detail.
Based in Northeast Alabama, I feel incredibly grateful to celebrate life's most meaningful moments with flowers and to create designs as beautiful and unique as the people they're made for.
Where It Started
From the farm to your wedding day.
Before Heather Florals, there was Headley Flower Farm. Heather grew cut flowers and brought them to farmers markets, coffee shops, and local events across Calhoun County. She built relationships with brides and florists who kept coming back because the quality was different.
That chapter is what makes Heather's approach to wedding florals unusual. She knows what flowers look like before they reach a wholesaler. She knows which blooms hold up through a ceremony and which ones won't. That knowledge lives in every arrangement she designs.
